In order for you to qualify for a return the product must not be a sale item. Please note that you must have used the products for longer than two weeks, as sometimes for different individuals there's not an instant visible result. This means for our Kiss Me Kits, at least 5 uses in the last two weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
General Information
We are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds or returns if you suspect the items caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition. Please check the ingredient list prior to purchase.
All reshipments cannot be exchanged or returned, no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation prior to the order being dispatched. Once of the order has already been dispatched, you will have to go through our regular returns policy. All sale item sales are final. Recurring orders are not eligible for cancellation
Returns Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for a potential refund or store credit with a member of our customer support team. Customers are responsible for potential potential restocking fees and any shipping costs to return the product. All items on sale are final. Please reach out to our customer support team before sending your order back.
Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part or if the product is found to be defective/wrong item.
Subscriptions
All subscriptions are applicable to our regular terms of use. To cancel a subscription, you must do so 24 hours before the subscription date by emailing our customer service team at hello@myblushie.com with your order number and a request to cancel subscription. You can also manage your subscription from the order status page, linking from your email. Additionally there's a link at the footer of our website. Cancellations MUST be completed prior your payment method being charged. If requested after renewal date, the shipment will still be shipped out and cannot be cancelled nor returned. However, we will be able to cancel the future orders. For any further questions or concerns, please email our customer service team.

Shipping Protection
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing returns, restocking inventory, and any potential depreciation of the returned items.
